The flat
Cœur Moulleau is a one-bedroom holiday flat in the heart of Le Moulleau, a peaceful corner of Arcachon away from the crowds of the town centre. Everything is on foot: the beach, the jetty and its boats, the ice-cream shops, the restaurants and the boutiques of avenue Notre-Dame-des-Passes.
The flat sleeps up to four. The bedroom has a double bed. The cabin nook, a classic of seaside flats, has two bunk beds that children love. The living room opens onto a sunny private terrace that nobody overlooks.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, washer-dryer and coffee machine, and coffee, tea and decaf are waiting for you. A secure parking space and two bikes are included: you can leave the car for your whole stay and ride to Pyla or into central Arcachon.

Il ne nous a rien manqué dans ce logement optimisé , très pratique , très bien situé. L’hôte a été réactif , arrageant, sympathique. Un séjour magnifique au Moulleau dans ce logement
Le logement est juste génial, la literie est vraiment bonne, il y a plein de choses de proposées : thè, café, clim, shampoing, savon serviettes, velos... Tout y est et tout est très intuitif et fonctionnel avec des petits mots partout pour vous guider a bien l’utiliser. Moi j’ai adoré. Juste dommage que je n’ai pas pu profiter de la terrasse ni des vélos.
Le séjour chez Bassel s’est très bien passé. Les instructions sont claires. Les 2 vélos disponibles sont un vrai plus, comme le parking. Le logement était conforme et confortable.
Le logement correspond tout à fait à la description. Bassel transmet de nombreuses infos utiles avant l’arrivée. Tout est précis. Le logement est très bien situé. Seul bémol le logement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur
