The flat
Coup de cœur Angevin is a bright duplex flat in the very centre of Angers, at the foot of boulevard Foch and the shops of rue Lenepveu. Place du Ralliement, the Jardin des Plantes and the Jardin du Mail are 200 m away, and the château and the station are within walking distance.
Downstairs, the living room has a sofa bed that opens into a double, an armchair, a TV with Chromecast and a round table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer and two coffee machines. Upstairs, the bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm bed, blackout curtains and its own TV.
The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift, on the courtyard side, so you sleep in peace in the middle of town. Check-in is self-service from 4 pm with a personal code, and bed linen, towels and fibre Wi-Fi are included.

L’appartement est génial ! Tout équipé, très propre, en plein centre d’Angers et côté cour donc à l’abri du bruit…
Très bonne escale à Angers. L’appartement est très propre et très beau. Le seul petit bémol c est l emplacement pour se garer ( parking payant) sinon à côté de ça l’hôte est très sympathique et réactif, très bonne communication, je recommande fortement !!
Agree with others. The apartment is modern, bright, well-equipped and spotless clean, with a superb location in the city center. Its layout may be quirky and the stairs steep, but beyond that it’s an easy recommendation at the time of this writing.
